Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent after checkout. If you have an account, you can also find it under My Account > Orders.
As soon as your order ships we email you a shipping update with your tracking number. It also appears on this page when you look up your order.
Carriers can take a little while to show the first scan after a shipping label is created. If there is still no movement after a day or so, please contact us and we will help.
Use the email address you entered at checkout (your billing email). This keeps your order details private.
