Peel off the backing and apply to clean, dry skin — no lotion or oils.
Step 2: Position
Center the Nip Nook™ over your nipple, lifting tab facing up, and press to adhere.
Step 3: Wear
Smooth the edges flat for a seamless finish under your favourite tops.
Step 4: Store
Return the covers to their backing and box to keep them clean for next time.

Apply each cover to clean, dry skin, lifting tab facing up, and press the edges to adhere.
Small/Med fits A–C cups. Large fits D–DD cups. If you are between sizes, choose the size that gives you the coverage and lift you prefer.
