Welcome to Covere Body. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of coverebody.com and your purchases from Covere, LLC (“Covere Body,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using Our Website
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.
Products and Pricing
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors may look different on your screen and small variations can occur. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing or product information and cancel or refuse any order affected by an error.
Our products are cosmetic accessories and are not medical devices. Check the size guide before ordering. If you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, stop using a product if it causes irritation and speak to a health professional.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation, and we may decline or cancel any order, for example because of stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, in which case you will be refunded in full. Payment is taken when you place your order using the payment methods offered at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $40. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delays and delivery issues are handled by the carrier, but we will help where we can. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, because we cannot redirect parcels after dispatch.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer easy 30-day returns on eligible products. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. See our Exchanges & Returns page for how to start a return. Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Covere Body name, logo, text, images, designs and product photos, belongs to Covere, LLC (“Covere Body,” “we,” “us” or “our”) or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it on our website and marketing. You confirm that it is yours to share, honest and does not break the law or anyone’s rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is.” Covere Body is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in California, unless the law requires otherwise.
